ARTDOCFEST/RIGA round table: Propaganda. Instruments and tasks.

The roundtable discussion organised with the support of the Adenauer foundation is dedicated to the theme of Propaganda. Instruments and tasks. Baltic residents – especially those who communicate in Russian – have recently begun to personally feel propaganda attacks from the neighbouring country. However, there is no unified understanding in society on the practical significance of these attacks. Hopefully, this discussion with professional creators of audiovisual content and the analysis of the propaganda technology will help to understand the strategy and goals of a country waging a broad information warfare. Participants of the discussion: Russian and Latvian documentary filmmakers, politicians, and media representatives.
